“ In todays world its frowned upon to walk into a restaurant and order 15 minutes before closing. I was starving though and decided to stop into this Panera in hopes for a meal as everything around closed at 9. I walked in and gave them the option to deny me but they accepted my order and proceeded to make it. As they continued to clean and close up they didnt realize the oven overcooked the sandwich. I was willing to take it as I dont mind an extra toasted sandwich and had already mentioned I was that ahole coming in 15 minutes before closing. They said there was no way they were giving me the burnt sandwich and said they will make another...even after they had already closed. This is truly remarkable service in todays world and I commend every single employee in this establishment. Chanel, the manager, lets a great team and deserves every bit of praise along with her staff. Will definitely come back to this location!! ”

“ Placed a wrong pick up order for this location. I called to cancel but was unable to. The manager also tried but was unsuccessful as well. We ended up going there to get it. The manager remembered us and was glad that we came in so we could meet. Although it was my mistake and I was annoyed that we had to back track a few miles. Her overall attitude was warm and kind and that really made our day. A little kindness does go a long way.... thank you!! ”
